Exercise is an essential part of everyday life because it affects your development, learning, working, health, and quality of life. If you are between the ages of 18 and 65, you need moderate-intensity aerobic exercise (moderate-intensity exercise is equal to a brisk walk that noticeably increases the heart rate) for a minimum of 30 minutes five days each week, or vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise (vigorous-intensity exercise causes a substantial increase in heart rate and breathing rate) for a minimum of 20 minutes three days a week.
